These guys are fraud and scammers.. i have ordered a top. After few days i got a WhatsApp msg stating that quality team rejected because there is a defective in yur product and there is no other product to send me. They recommended 2 options, one is gift card with one year validity and another option to choose any other product. I clearly told them i came for a vacation to India and i m flying abroad again in another 4-5 days i said would like to go for a refund because i was not sure when will be returning back India. They were very adamant stating that they are not ready to refund the money if i want refund there will be 5% deductible. Not sure what is the mistake from my end here. I m not against their refund policy. They are scammers and fraud.. pls do not go with them.

Fitting is not great and pathetic customer service. Actually they don't have a proper customer service. It is just somebody sitting and arguing and doesn't want to exchange. You cannot even talk to them. They are sweet before ordering and show their true colours when you want an exchange.
Please think twice before ordering.

Worst customer service. They dont keep up the delivery timeline as promised. When delayed,I reached out to the owner and got a rude response. They don’t take responsibility. Also the product received was not worth the money, mediocre quality.
