Ask for a shower test before buying

My review applies to Vass-Tex UK. I bought a smock that had a significant leak that soaked me to the undies during the first use in rain.
I sent it back to the retailer as required by the company. Since I sent it back from Sweden it was a significant cost.
It took ages and a lot of pushing to finally get a refund accepted. It was more than 6 months ago and I still haven't got my refund.
The companies customer service is beyond useless. I'm GBP80 shorted and have no smock.
Ask for a shower test before buying!
