Vashi were incredibly helpful when I ordered my husbands wedding band. The online customer services answered all my questions and the staff at the store were incredibly friendly when I went to pick up the ring. The best part was going to the Covent Garden store and having the ring engraved. Anil and Hannah went above and beyond and they made the experience incredibly special. They were friendly, genuinely interested in my wedding and explained the whole process vert well. It exceeded my expectations and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing experience. Thank you!!!!

Vashi Covent Garden - myself and my sister visited this lovely Jewellery shop today Friday 9th December 22 . We had attentive and sensitive service from Andrew . My experience was great. Ring I wanted was only available in 6 weeks, however with help of Cesar he was able to find it in a few days, for me to be able to have it on my birthday. Very good service and I’m supper happy with the help of Cesar

My husband purchased a bespoke engagement ring for me in 2016, and since then we have had wonderful customer service from Vashi. I lost a tiny diamond prior to our wedding and they replaced it for free. We bought both of our wedding bands from here also. Recently I lost a diamond from my ring on holiday. I spoke to Aneta who was wonderful at keeping me updated throughout the process, and the ring was serviced, the diamond replaced and sent back looking brand new in time for our 5 year anniversary, at an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely be using the complimentary service option yearly now to keep an eye on the stones as I wear it 24/7.

From the moment I entered the store I was made to feel welcome and treated like royalty. I had made an appointment to meet with Emre whom I know from Selfridges where my wife and I were one of his clients. I was looking for something very particular for my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary, unfortunately I left it a bit late as it is next week which did not leave enough time but after being shown around and plied with champagne I left very impressed and will most certainly be back .

Emre delivered an amazing experience for me, I entered the shop looking for something very particular, he didn't only help me find even a better version of what I had in mind but he so kindly took his time, showed me to the boutique, offered me a drink, make me write on the love wall. I was impress and I'll be returning to him.

We love Vashi. Have bought an engagement ring and our wedding rings from here and they are superb. Really great service and also the annual complimentary clean has made our rings look brand new again. Would 100% recommend.

He helped me to get some fun ideas, offered me a refreshment. What a great experience, he made me so feel welcome. I was very impressed and satisfied with his service. My engagement ring was from Vashi and unfortunately I needed the ring setting replacing. I decided to have it re made in platinum and decided on having a new wedding band made also in platinum. I don’t live near a store so all correspondence was made via email. The service was first class and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Vashi.

My experience with VASHI started rather terribly, but after Anil has agreed to take over my case, I have been very happy with my experience. Anil fully understood my needs and made me feel important, which I believe aligns with VASHI's value. He communicated well and I especially appreciated him keeping in contact with me even though he was on leave. Anil made sure that every time I stepped into the VASHI store, I would be walking out with a big smile on my face.
The customised ring was made with excellent craftsmanship - I literally saw it with my own eyes. The opportunity to sit down with their best bench jeweller (apologies if that isn't the right title!) was truly special and, together with the beautiful ring, made the purchase worth every penny.
There is no doubt that I will be returning to VASHI for any future customised jewellery. I highly recommend that you look for Anil when you are there!

Walked into the Vashi store in White City Westfields. We were greeted by Usama and Delma! Both were super helpful and knowledgeable, making the entire experience enjoyable. I had an unpleasant experience with Vashi, but in the end, after the order cancellation, the money was returned, and my review was posted. The company's customer experience contacted me and reverted the situation, solving my case with an original order complimentary ring, which I greatly appreciated and also shows that Vashi cares for its customers.

Of course, it could not erase what happened, the frustration I felt when I cancelled my original proposal since the ring delivery deadline had not been met and because they had not provided me with a plausible solution back there. Although I cannot have that planned unique moment back, I am thankful for Vashi's efforts to turn the situation around. They deserve a second chance, and I hope in the future, I will post a 5 stars review.

I contacted Vashi to help with a friends engagement ring, they were super helpful in finding ring options to match the style and budget (Aneta in particular found some perfect ring options), but we were fairly short on time and didn’t have much time to visit a store (3 weeks). Joanna was amazing and managed to sort us with a perfect ring within the time frame we needed! Couldn’t have asked for a better service, and the ring was beautiful when it arrived and on time with quick communication from Joanna and the Vashi team available whenever we contacted. Can’t recommend enough!

Had a really good experience in store and over the phone with Lavinnia. Helped me pick out the perfect setting and diamond. Nothing was too much to ask and was able to arrange diamonds and settings to be moved to different stores to suit me. Kept informed about the progress of the ring and arrived much quicker than the official 8 weeks. Great service from Lavinnia and Vashi and would happily recommend to friends and family

My experience at Vashi was amazing. I visited to store to find the perfect engagement ring and (without any doubt) I found it. Anil was amazing and he was extremely helpful in letting me find the perfect ring, providing guidance and useful tips at the highest standard. The quality (of ring and of service) provided is fantastic and I can definitely see why they are unique in their field. I will most certainly use them in the future!
