Terrible valuation from this company. The surveyor measured our house 40m2 less than the actual size which meant they de valued it. When this was pointed out they refused to adjust it. Im now taking legal advice.

If your lender uses VAS Panel I would recommend you look for a new lender - they are absolute scammers. They will just keep adding charges - especially if they know you have time constraints and no other option

They charge over £1,100 just for a valuation on a property worth £130K—extremely overpriced! I’d strongly recommend asking your mortgage lender to use a different surveyor, (Legally You Can Ask This) as others would be at least 30%–50% cheaper. Definitely not good value for money.
worst firm possible, takes £1500 for a valuation report and rude customer service on the phone
