I am super satisfied with my Elen bathroom vanity on legs. It looks beautiful.
Communication with Varobath was a bit difficult (responding faster and keeping customers informed of the progress would alleviate a lot of anxiety), but after 14 weeks I received my order. That is perhaps slightly longer than average, but in the Netherlands you also easily wait 12 weeks for a furniture order.
I was a bit shocked by the bad reviews I read and was briefly afraid that it wouldn't be delivered, but that turned out to be unfounded. So my tip to Varobath is: do something about the communication, answer emails, and respond faster on the app. I am going to enjoy my purchase!

Very Very Very Very Very Very Very Very Very Very Very Very Bad Service. I'm Not Satisfied.

I bought a shower guard more than 3 months ago (11Aug25) and it never arrived. I should have read all the reviews about varobath before buying because there were tons of red flags.. but unfortunately I didnt - even ChatGPT tells you "dont buy in this website". I have tried to contact them multiple times, but they never answer my phone number. When they do answer, I need to contact from other phone- and they only have excuses why the item didn't arrive.
We need to write a useful and constructive review to Varobath.com? There is only one advice... if you committed yourself to sell an item, received money for that.. just ship to your customers what they bought.
Currently, this website its just a big SCAM!

Please do never buy at this company. Your money is not safe. This is the 3rd update regarding our purchase from May 13th. I have tried on all options with the seller to get my money back from Order/Pedido #109696 placed on May 13th. You will never get a solution through WhatsApp or Phone. You get someone on the line who will ask you to sort it through WhatsApp. I cancelled the order 2 days after because Varobath could not confirm delivery. They won’t give your money back and I have tried multiple times to get the money back and sort it with the seller. We have filed a police report and now we will check the possibility to regsiter this company for fraud if they won’t work on a solution with us for this matter. It’s already sad enough that we are in this position which is totally unnecessary if they will give our money back

The next step will be through our lawyer. I will keep you all updated but please don’t order here!!

The sad reality is that still nothing has been refunded by Varobath. Even with a police report, this company does not voluntarily give your money back.
We are currently in the process of other measures, so we hopefully get back our hard earned money. I will keep you updated.

A fecha de hoy, 30/03/2025, no he recibido ni 1 euro de reembolso por un pedido de 416 €, a pesar de que devolví todos los productos 19/11/2024.

Los espejos fueron anulados antes del envío, por lo tanto, según su propia política de devoluciones, no deberían haberme cobrado nada por ellos.

En cuanto al plato de ducha, su devolución no puede tener un coste superior al valor del propio producto (280 €). Sin embargo, el importe total reembolsado ha sido 0 €, lo cual es completamente injustificable.

He intentado resolver este asunto durante meses y solo he recibido mentiras, evasivas y promesas incumplidas.

El caso ya está en manos de los abogados de ARAG, y se han preparado los documentos para presentar una denuncia ante la Guardia Civil por apropiación indebida.

NO COMPREN AQUÍ. Esta empresa no respeta la ley, ni su propia normativa, ni al cliente.

As of 28/03/2025, I haven’t received a single euro back from a €416 order, even though I returned all the items 19/11/2024.

The mirrors were cancelled before shipping, so under their own return policy, I should not have been charged anything for them.

As for the shower tray, the return cost cannot exceed the product value itself (€280). And yet, the total refund I received was €0, which is absolutely unjustifiable.

I’ve spent months trying to resolve this, only to receive lies, excuses, and broken promises.

The case is now with ARAG lawyers, and documents have been prepared to report the company to the Guardia Civil for misappropriation.

DO NOT BUY HERE. This company disregards the law, its own policies, and its customers.

TLDR: EU consumer and Spain police report had to be filed in order to get my money back. Varobath only cares about the review on trustpilot and not about the service or services they provide. Do NOT do business with this company unless you want to be a victim as well. Read the other reviews from customers.

Varobath's response is also a lie. I provided a detailed diagram down to the millimeter for the custom cut that Varobath accepted and resulted in an additional charge. He responded later saying it could not be cut, then the battle to get my money back began.

Issue: Varobath refused to refund my money for an order they could not complete for over a month. They attempted to blackmail me and refused to refund my money unless I removed my trustpilot review. Even when I did remove my review, they did not refund me. It was only after a formal EU consumer and police reports were filed that Varobath provided the refund.

Scenario: Varobath was unable to complete my custom order after committing to the custom cut and charging me extra (despite their website saying custom cuts are part of the price). The entire time when I was explaining that Varobath's actions are illegal, they called my remarks threats and refused to provide the refund. As I continued to demand my refund, he began cursing at me and ignoring my calls and messages for days and weeks on end.

To Improve: Don't hold your customer's money hostage. Don't charge extra money against your own policies. Deliver quality products on time as ordered. Provide actual support that helps your customers instead of taking advantage of excuses and providing minimum effort support. Don't fight with your customers. Don't curse at your customers. Don't put your own business at risk of having a valid license because you're operating so horribly. Don't operate in a way that is exact definition of how NOT to run a company or treat people. You are lucky to even be in business at all. Make the change to be better and help your customers and focus less on your reviews. If you do the right things, your review rating will increase naturally instead of threatening your customers to post fake reviews out of their own desperation to get their money back or products delivered correctly.

They send me broken product, don't give refund nor send a new one.

I made an order on 14th August for a glass shower screen.
Today is the 19th September and i have not received my order.
Tried to contact this company on many occasions by telephone, Whatsapp and email.
They tell you they will contact you with an update and NEVER do.
I can not comment on the quality of product. OBVIOUSLY but the customer service is appalling.
I believe i have been scammed. I will report this company today to the police and the bank will try and help me get my money back!
My advice AVOID this companies very tempting website and prices.

Avoid Varobath! I ordered a shower tray (order number 131825) on v doiAugust 1, paid for it immediately. Today is September 16 and I have not received the order. Support only responds when I mention that I am ready to contact my lawyers. Today I sent a request to cancel the order and return my money immediately and support simply stopped responding. Unfortunately, it seems that I will still have to contact lawyers in order to recover my money and the damage incurred due to failure to meet the order deadlines. Do not contact this company under any circumstances, you will simply be deceived.

The production problems are your problems, not mine. Because of your problems, I am losing money because I cannot continue the repair! In August, you promised that the order would be completed on September 2nd. Today is the 18th and I have no order! Every week you lie that you will send the order and do not do it. Nothing to add to all one star reviews. Permanent liars and fraudsters. More than two months of waiting and constant answer "next week" whenever you call them (if you get lucky and get them on the phone). The order is #91359 to be specific.
Addendum after Varobath reply. To be specific. The first SMS "delivery next week" was received on June 10th. The reply to Trust Pilot is Varobath's golden standard: "next week". I will be surprised if I get the order eventually. My guess is mid September earliest. Will see

Varobath was a huge disappointment. The workmanship was subpar, and the materials used were of low quality. Within a few months, tiles started coming loose and fixtures were leaking. Despite multiple calls, they refused to fix the issues. Save yourself the headache and avoid Varobath at all costs.

Cette société est une arnaque, elle n'envoie pas le produit commandé, j'ai commandé une porte de douche le 29 janvier 2024, elle n'est jamais arrivée.
J'invite toutes les victimes à porter plainte pour escroquerie. En France c'est très facile, sur le site THESEE en quelques clics et en ligne.
Mais surtout il faut que les clients espagnols portent plainte, pour que cette société cesse ses activités frauduleuses !!!

Esta empresa es una estafa, no envía el producto solicitado, un pedido de una puerta de ducha el 29 de enero de 2024 que nunca llegó.
Insto a todas las víctimas a que presenten una denuncia por esta estafa. En Francia es muy fácil, basta con hacer unos clics en el sitio web de THESEE. Pero, sobre todo, ¡los clientes españoles deben presentar una denuncia para que esta empresa cese sus actividades fraudulentas!
NB: el sitio varobath.fr es el sitio francés de varobath.com, ¡así que no se crea los mensajes engañosos de esta empresa!

This company is a scam, they do not send the product ordered. I ordered a shower door on 29 January 2024 which never arrived.
My advice to all victims is to file a complaint against this scam. In France it's very easy, just a few clicks on the THESEE website.
But above all, Spanish customers must lodge a complaint so that this company stops its fraudulent activities!
NB: the varobath.fr website is the French version of varobath.com, so don't believe the misleading messages of this company!

Despicable company and owner...if you are a potential customer and you are thinking about purchasing here, don't do it. The fulfillment times are 3x what they say they are and the quality of the products is poor. Please note that any of the 5 star reviews on this website are FAKE, very easy to tell.

I ordered bathroom elements for more than 1000€ since November 17th and we are in January still nothing, no answer on WhatsApp and phone calls are mostly ignored. No tracking and no updates while link to payment was sent in 10 minutes when I contacted them. Extremely bad service! Please send me my order 24209
