Absolutely avoid this company. Their customer service is non existent, with just multiple standard emails such as 'we are doing our best to resolve the issue'
I ordered back in January and received 2 bras, not the two piece set that I ordered, and despite numerous emails, I still cannot them to act.

I made an order month back and didn’t receive it yet, be careful and don’t purchase anything from there website

Horrible customer service. Product arrived more than a month late and I never received any updates on the item and when I asked for a refund kept getting the same message “rest assured that we will try our best to get your item to you.”
I had to report it as a scam to my credit card company and only then got an update on the item.

When product arrived, quality was terrible and not true to size. Would never buy from them again and don’t recommend to anyone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Nothing ever showed up… this is 7 weeks later. Customer services keeps telling me it’s delayed and sending me dodgy messages from the delivery partner.

I ordered on the -12th Dec 2025 still not here. I have sent loads of emails complaining etc they just send me the tracking button which hasn’t moved from the same spot for weeks . I’ve asked for a refund and they have just ignored. I’m furious 😡 then they offered me 10 % to buy something else you can imagine what I said . Do not buy from this site big mistake . No customer service, ignore everything and you won’t see your money back . Disgusting !!!!!

I bought lingerie set for my girlfriend on 07.11.25. They promised quick shipment and delivery within 7 days.
After 2 weeks of nothing I was concerned and realised that they didn't even ship the order. I wrote many emails and was ignored. Finally they replayed trying to brush me off that I will receive my order as soon as possible, that the delivery usually takes 7-10 etc but that was already 25.11.25 and they haven't even shipped it!! I asked for the refund and they refused contradicting themselves "Due to our commitment to fast and efficient service, we are unable to cancel orders once processing has begun. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding" This company is a scam. Avoid

Terrible customer service. Tried to return some items, they offered partial refund instead. Once I agreed they just went silent and will no longer communicate. Do not buy from them.

I filed a complaint with the bank, I am waiting for the bank's response, I hope to block the transaction.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this lingerie company, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts as a warning to others. First and foremost, the sizing is completely inaccurate. I ordered several items, expecting them to fit based on the size chart provided, but they were all off and unwearable.

Moreover, the quality of the products is subpar; they reminded me of low-end items you might find on sites like Temu or AliExpress. The materials felt cheap and poorly made, far from what you'd expect from a lingerie company.

Adding to my frustration, I discovered that the company has a no-return policy, which means I’m stuck with these items that I can't use. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.

They said shipping/delivery time was 5-7 business days. I waited 25 business days and have not heard back from customer service on the actual expedited delivery (tracking leads to foreign form). Will be disputing the charge, unfortunately.

So far the worse. I have been back and forth with them about not receiving my item and they keep sending me this automated reply.
I would say based on the low quality of customer service I will never be getting another product from

a massive scam - BEWARE!!!!! horrible quality and when you realise they just tell you to ship it back to china yourself. Don't buy from them whatever you do.

They shipped $185 worth of lingerie that weren't true to size. I reached to them requesting to return the items and they ignotesy emails. So I lost the money. Worst company ever.

Partner bought me a size M and they sent a XL. No reply to the email asking for the correct size to be sent.

This company is a scam. Very bad customer service.

Ordered a product, a Chinese company shipped it and was never delivered when I was notified.

They will not get back to any of your emails.

It’s been 6 weeks and I still have not received my order. I contacted varmosa via email regarding two orders one from mid November and another a week later and have received no real response. It’s now January and I’m filing a dispute through my credit card to try to get my money back
