Great for vaping peppermint for my asthma. It is small, heats up fast, and cleans up easy.

My shopping experience as well as the price were great. My experience with DHL was not so much, though. I never got an email from them telling me the package was ready to pick up or any other. I just got lucky because I checked with the Vapowet website to find out where was my delivery.

Very good, reliable experience. If possible, a shorter payment verification time for EU bank transfer would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I ordered vaporiser spares from Vapowelt on 28/1/2020. I amended the order in early February, before despatch, but never heard back from them after this. I sent several follow up e-mails but only ever received an automated e-mail in German, that stated that they were receiving too many requests. Due to the Covid-19 lockdown in Britain, I left any further follow ups because of there being no chance to send my order.
When I recently checked the status of my order, I found that it had been cancelled without my knowledge or consent. I complained via their website and via their direct e-mail address, but got no response at all. I tried to get a charge back via my credit card but too much time had passed to make a claim.
Vapowelt has taken £33 of my money, never even attempted to despatch the order and have refused all attempts to contact them for a refund. They are not fit to trade on the internet and if this is how they conduct themselves in business, then I would advise anyone to stay well clear of them entirely. You have been warned!

Saskia claims to have sent several e-mails and that there is missing information on my side. Let me assure Saskia, and anyone reading this review, that I have never received any such e-mails as are claimed by Vapowelt. I never received them in my junk e-mail either, just in case that old chestnut of an excuse is used.
Vapowelt have my e-mail address, (they have previously sent me e-mails during the ordering process). They also have the details of my original payment, so all they need do is refund me the money that they took for an order that was cancelled without prior notice, that was never received and has failed to be refunded despite being requested to do so. Please feel free to actually e-mail me with confirmation of my refund and I will happily report it to all on Trust pilot. I await your response.

Update - 7/3/2021
I received an e-mail from trust pilot today asking that I provide more information for Vapowelt.de. I have provided them with my e-mail address, my name and the original order number. Let's see if they can provide me with a refund after more than a year. I will let everyone know here, if, and when, such a refund takes place.

Very quick service, arrived a day late but that was a DHL issue and not the company. Everything present and correct and their branded items good quality. The bits and bobs ordered from her make my dry herb vaping experience a brilliant one.

Delivery took about a month, but it's everything that happened until that point that truly earns them this bad rating.

After waiting for my order for over ten days, I received a "Zahlungserinnerung"(payment reminder) ordering me to pay even though payment was completed up ordering. I responded with my payment confirmation attached to the email and they simply told me that their system is down and they can't see my payment, or my order, nor can they tell when or IF my order will arrive. This was also the very last non-automated contact I managed to get with them as all their other emails were unhelpful automated emails—and their automated phone "service" simply hung up on me saying they were unavailable.

I emailed them to cancel my order and transfer back my money, to which they never responded. It wasn't until I submitted a dispute through Paypal that my order miraculously showed up within a few days.

On their website, Vapowelt blames their "transport issues" on COVID. What a terrible excuse, sure, delivery times might be affected, but a total lack of communication, incorrect payment reminders and deceased phone lines are purely caused by a poorly run company.

*Edit: I just read Vapowelt's response to my review. What a joke...you clearly don't take any responsibility and therefore have zero intention to improve your business. Good luck.
