Did not receive batteries ordered and…
Did not receive batteries ordered and paid for. Complaint replied to after 2 weeks asking for photo evidence (of what if not received?) which is clearly a delaying tactic. Still nothing received 1 month later.
Seems to be similar experience to many other users.

I believe this review is for another company with a very similar name to ours. We have had several people call with complaints about this company who are not customers of ours. You'll find Vapes r us is one of them, vaperz-r-us is another. These are in no way related to our business. There is also a VRU website and a vapesrus not related to us in any way at all. We have checked and we have no order that matches your description and no emails relating to the sale and non receipt of batteries.
100% recommend
Ordered from them, arrived super fast and product are comforme ( compare to some other vape shop online where ordering multiple vapes, 1 of them is always missing or burned, this store never have this issue ), this is now my second time ordering and their CST is one of the best i've seen, will definitly stay a loyal customer !

Lost a regular customer
Ordered a delivery for next day delivery as I'd run out of juice. It didn't arrive next day and there was 100ml of juice missing from my delivery. Emails ignored, won't be using again!!!

Ordered the flavour concentrat a few times it's good quality and a decent price a 30 ml bottle makes 150ml of E-Liquid delivery is quite quick and I highly recommend this company it's never let me down

Ordered many times from VRU, Never had a problem, customer service always friendly and willing to help, delivery can be a little slow sometimes but its out of they're control i suppose.
Would definitely recommend.

Stay away or be robbed
The first order with this company was super. Good quality product quick delivery was really happy, even got a 10% off coupon. I tried to use this coupon, it wouldn't work I ordered any way, the order arrived minus £10 worth of product. Iv tried emailing, phoning vapours r us, they've said they will send the missing products out but 5 days later I'm still to receive them. Very disappointing was so impressed after the first order but after this I won't be back. Chefsflavours.co.uk are cheaper any way for branded e liquid concentrate
