I ordered replacement pods for my vape

I ordered replacement pods for my vape. They then sent me an email saying it was out of stock and I would get refund. They sent email 15th October and still no sign of refund 2nd December. I've sent numerous emails and they just keep saying ill get refund. Last email they havnt even replied to. Would never use this sight again

Strange but True

I’m at a loss for words. I placed an order and received a confirmation with an order number. Then I received another email with a tracking number stating that the order had been dispatched. However, the money was unexpectedly refunded to my account a few days later. Shortly after, I received an email asking for a review of my order. When I checked the tracking number, I saw that the parcel still hadn't shipped.

While I appreciate getting my money back, it was surprising since there was no notification of the refund. I only noticed it by accident while checking my bank account. It's a peculiar way of doing business, but I believe it is a legitimate company since I did receive my money back.

5* service .Started to order a vape kit for my…

Started to order a vape kit for my husband. Really didn’t know what I was doing but the owner rang and explained which was the best one for him( and didn’t say the dearest). Ordered and arrived within 48 hrs now that’s fast. I put it together but did it wrong so text the owner and within seconds he helped me.
Went above and beyond to help. Fantastic service and product. Would definitely recommend

Don't bother

Don't bother. Customer Service are rude and the company gives major scam vibes. I brought a vape, within 5 days the inside charging port had dislodged. I contacted them for a refund, they asked for lots of pictures of the vape before I had to pay to return it.

Refused to refund because it had a chip in the bottom and some scratches on the screen (didn't come with plastic on the screen which after researching I've found it unusual), I have the vape in my pocket when I walk the dogs so it must be from that. I have repeatedly told them I haven't dropped the vape, but even if I had it happens - what shouldn't happen is the entire inside dislodging within 5 days. Again though, didn't drop it.

Customer service is unprofessional, and they clearly just don't do refunds. 5 days of use for £50.

After researching, some blogs say that businesses sometimes refurb vapes and send them out, which I guess might be what's happened here, very disappointed.

I wanted to support a smaller business, but I'm just going to go back to Vape Superstore. I've never had any issues with their vapes.

Absolute terrible service. no response from phone calls emails.item wall plug charger not arrived..Do not buy from these people..ordered through our trusted supplier who couldnt be more helpful and its on its way...should of known to stick to those!!! And not use this company..very very poor

Good honest independent shop

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the store and ordering online. Great service instore with good honest service. And when ordering online I always receive orders timely. This time when the eliquid I ordered wasn’t in stock the manager communicated well and even sent me extra stock as an apology for it being late. A++ will shop again.

When I was the only Londoner in a Liverpool school between 1968-72 I did not consider being called a "Non-Parented Cockney" by my fellow class members as racist - I took it as a badge of honour.

I received a completely different item to that ordered and no response to my several emails sent in an attempt to rectify the situation. Should have read these other reviews first. Written off the transaction as a caveat emptor experience.
