No response, no confirmation email
I placed an order on 12th March and didn't get a confirmation email. I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and via the online form to get some tracking information. They replied to my online form after a few days and offered some complimentary vapes for the miscommunication. Slightly concerning as I spent over £100 on vapes and wasn't sure if I'd receive them. Glad it got sorted.

Best company out there!
Delivery is always super quick! If they don’t have what you’ve ordered in stock they will contact you and offer alternative while sometimes adding a little extra for any inconvenience. Have been buying from these guys for almost a year and I will never go anywhere else! You guys know how customer support works! You’re the best

I have nothing bad to say about this company. I have been ordering vapes for months from their site. Delivery is super quick. If ordered before 2-3 pm you have it the next day if not it’s not their fault but Royal Mail. They keep me updated on everything and sometimes even give me a free vape to try out. 5 stars for this company. If I could give more stars I most likely would.

So pleased I come across this website
So pleased I come across this website! I’ve tried so many vapes and only really enjoy the Astro-bar’s and with my local shop always selling out I have now started ordering on this website, I made my first order and had somebody contact me with delivery updates & tracking information pretty much straight away (delivery is super quick, within the second day of ordering!) I also got a free vape in my first order. I made another order when I received my first order and I’ll definitely be sticking to using this website, 5*!

No sign of any vapes
No sign of any vapes! Rather a big part of the experience but after making a comment about the lack of delivery the company did everything they possibly could to get my order to me! It was down to the company used to deliver that messed up and not down to vaporworld.
