I ordered this online because I wanted…

I ordered this online because I wanted to switch from a juul to a disposable. I never got an email confirmation so a week later I called the company because my credit card had been charged. They told me the product was in back order and they should receive it soon. I had them issue a refund. Disappointed because I was really wanting to try this product

Love them!

There was a mess up with one of my orders and vaportech came back and made it right! They threw in TWO extra juices because of a mess up that may have happened with the post office or them I'm not sure. Before that, I had ordered plenty of times and things went well. Just reach out if there are any issues.
