I have been dealing with Vapor Nation for the past four years and have never had a problem. My first purchase was a Kandy Pens vape. It burned out after a couple of weeks, and when Kandy Pens wouldn't make it right, John in Vapor Nation's customer service did. Their customer service is what keeps me coming back.

The products are fine if you can get the company to send you the part you asked for. I received the wrong part twice in a row. This review is for the ordering process and the accuracy of how the company responds to specific orders for parts. They suck at that.

Good experience and came highly recommended by multiple reviews and blogs. Over all experience was easy and hassle free . The only thing i could recommend for better customer service would to be having more detailed tracking and information on shipping. I had a package priority overnight on Saturday and it looks as if I wont be receiving my package until Monday which is a expensive way of getting three day shipping. So be careful. I'm sure they will rectify the situation and take care of me. Thanks vapornation
