The company stole my money and never delivered the package. There is no customer service either. There is just a phone number for Whatsapp, and no one would reply to you. Everything is just a scam.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I bought 2 packs of 5 vapes from them earlier this week. Their system automatically - against my will - signed me up for DAILY refills. Meaning that every single day, including the one I purchased my original transaction on. I have been charged X4 extra charges of $84.95
They are scammers. Their system is malfunctioning and they will not take responsibility. Or ae they intentionally scamming customers. It doesn't even make any logical sense that an individual customer would purchase that many vapes.

After buying 4 vapes from the petrol…
After buying 4 vapes from the petrol station they have all decided to stop charging, have tried taking them back for a replacement to only be told I have to contact vapo directly.
After numerous failed emails and $50 a pop for vapes and $20 a pop for juices that don't work After a few puffs i lost $260 due to faulty products.

No package - no refund
They have failed to send me my package as it was the “wrong address” — however, my correct address is on the order... it’s the same address they delivered to before.
I have asked for a refund and they will not provide one.
They’ve essentially stolen my money and I will be taking this further to resolve
