I placed an order worth £124 and was promised delivery within 1–2 days. It has now been 17 days, and nothing has arrived. I emailed them — no reply. I called them — no answer. I even tried WhatsApp — completely ignored.
They happily take your money but do not ship the products and provide zero customer service. This is an absolute scam. Do not order anything from them.

Terrible decision to use this website. Absolute scam, said 1-2 days delivery and it’s been 6 days and still haven’t been emailed of my order being dispatched.
They don’t respond to your emails or calls, terrible customer service, do not recommend.
They have said “Minimum £100 pound order” and they don’t even send your order!, they will happily receive your money but not happily send your package. Do Not Buy.
I have unfortunately been a victim of the same scam, placed an order worth £150 delivery 1-2 working days.
No confirmation order has been shipped, when trying to reach out emails being ignored along with a telephone number that goes to voicemail.
Avoid don't be fooled, have contacted my bank and reported this disgusting behaviour waiting on my refund from bank.
