Shocking customer service, my item I ordered in April was faulty and I still haven’t received an item. No response from messages and contact number doesn’t exist

This company is OK and offers some good deals. Delivery is prompt but beware if you have any problems. As suggested in some other reviews the customer service is poor. They will ignore your emails even when you raise valid complaints and concerns.

Excellent service. Friendly and efficient

I've placed a few orders now with VapingMan and will continue to use them. The pricing is very good, website easy to navigate and shows if item is in stock. The service and dispatch time is excellent as is customer relations.
A well deserved 5 stars, one of the best online stores I have used.

Superfast service. Great product. Arrived the very next day very well packaged. The Nicomore M1 was top notch also.

wrong product sent, non-existent customer service, called 5+ times to no avail. Avoid and use more reputable companies.They got mixed up between two similar products and now I have to wait up to 4 weeks for my refund! Unacceptable and shoddy work.

Very Bad Customer Service - Ordered a G PRIV 220W at £80+, used for 7 weeks and fire key has broken. Giorgi at Vaping Man blames me for the damage even though the condition of the vape has not been examined by Giorgi. I have had an independant report carried out by VAPE CLOUD in brighton who confirm manufacturing defect. Have been refused and told 'Only 30 days warranty but send it to us and we will see what we can do' now going to have to go the legal route to get re-imbursed! £80 over 7 weeks is more than I would have spent on tobacco so feeling really defeated right now! Thanks Giorgi for your rubbish customer service!

Great service I ordered with the next day delivery option and received my parcel as promised. My order was correct and I am completely satisfied and would definitely use Vapingman again and recommend him to others 100%.

Ordered G-PRIV on Tuesday night as my other vape broke and have too say the service was brilliant as it arrived on Thursday, which was basically next day even though I took the free post service. Both batteries and mod are authentic and the price was very very good.

My first order with vapingman, smok baby beast coils, never arrived. I contacted vapingman who immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next morning. I also recently ordered a Smok XCube 2 which arrived next working day. They stock a good variety of vaping items at very competitive prices, customer service is friendly, polite and works to solve problems very quickly.

I placed my order on monday, the package was delivered on wednesday morning in belgium. If that's not fast shipping, then i don't know what is. The products were in mint condition. Basically, vapingman exceeded my expectations on every level. Well done, sir.

Absolutely bonkers that anyone would send things out and not make it next day for a free delivery if you spend so much money order. I would of gladly paid to guarantee it next day yet they offered it free, but did not expain it was at a substandard level of service.
I'll not use them again I know that much.

always get my wanted products in here, get a good service here, and always checked are original. so will be my only choice for vape things.
