I have been a loyal customer for over a year, but after my recent experience, I will never order here again. I received my package, but one item (Lost Mary BM6000) was missing. I contacted them, and they initially apologized and officially promised a reshipment. Then, 14 minutes later, they sent another email taking it back, claiming the 'shipping weight' was correct and basically calling me a liar. Being completely honest with you after seeing their first email, I did not check again with them, thinking the problem is solved.
I waited a month for the replacement they promised, only to be told now that they won't help. They are choosing to lose a long-term customer over the cost of a single vape. Absolutely unprofessional. If you have an issue with your order, don't expect them to take responsibility. I have never experienced anything like this before. I never received the missing item that I paid for. Avoid this shop!

Got scammed. Made an order that never arrived and now looking around online others have reported the same thing. Packages never being shipped.

Absolutely garbage seller vapes not working and no reply from them I am calling Trading standards and my bank about this never buy anything from them again

I went to the store at the Ferns on Republic I was there for over a hour and was completely ill adviser, they gave me a device that is nicotine based with an extremely cheap tasting low based juice, I then went to back there to complain, the lady who was there knew absolutely nothing about their products and wanted to sell me a whole bunch of other juices to rectify my supposed problem, I lef6 the store without purchasing anything else. I then went to Vaperite at Appleton. The lady there adviser me that the device is completely wrong for the juice, the juice is a cheap product and that the coil won't even last a week. She tried to assist me by giving me another juice but was worried that 5he device is completely wrong, she even went onto say I paid too much for the device, she said they receive a lot of complaints from customers regarding this store in particular. I am now having to charge the device like every 30 minutes, surely that cannot be right. I will not go back there as they just going to feed me more rubbish, now I am sitting with a device and cheap juice and a corrective juice which I am not using. Wasted over R800.00 without any satisfaction.

Best place I’ve ever been to been a customer for 7 months and would never go any where else, best prices nice and helpful staff better than anywhere else I ever went before finding them and I’ve been vaping for 5 years, absolute 5 stars if I could give them more I would

I tried emailing them when my order summary didn't have a shipping date which seemed suspicious but they sent me back my order summary over and over which didn't help at all I just want my money back honestly

I found out about VapeZone because a coworker mentioned the site and said the products and service were second to none. I couldn’t be happier with the products and service myself. So many products to choose from, this is great.

Put an order through, got shipping details and then an email from the courier asking for a medical marjuanna card, they suggested I contact Vapezone to get this sorted. I did and guess what they charged another £150 for that and then never ever answered any of my emails and I didn't receive anything. I can only assume that I got ripped off.

Ordered some Renova Mesh Coils. Shipping took like 2 weeks to NY, but I did get them. This is now my go-to site for coils. Super low prices

I paid $20 for shipping which said it would take a week. It has been 2 weeks and I haven’t even gotten a tracking number?

I put an order in on 31st of December! Received an email stating they received the order! On the 8th Jan I still hadn’t received tracking number so I asked! They said my order was complete.
11th Jan, still no tracking number or parcel!
I’ve starting smoking again because I ran out of pods!!
My order was over $100!!
Not happy at all!

This company ships from China via DHL so If you are just buying one thing, you're better off going with a domestic vendor. The savings kick in when you buy multiple things at once. With that being said, great vendor that's been around for years.

I see there are some people who have had bad experiences with this company in other reviews. This made me a bit nervous after purchase.

All that said, I had no issues. I received genuine product in a reasonably short amount of time for a dollar cheaper than most other sites, even with the high shipping price. Honestly, for what little it is worth, I recommend this seller if the price is right after shipping is added up.

Edit* (vapezone eventually did correct this issue and issued me a refund after multiple attempts on my part to get the issue addressed. I improved my rating based on their efforts to correct the problems with my order.)

Terrible thus far. Placed an order for over $50.00. Items were listed as “in stock”. It’s been almost 4 months and haven’t received my order. I’ve sent dozens of emails, filed complaints as directed by vapezone, and no response other than acknowledgement that the complaint was filed. Buyer beware. I would not recommend orderIng from this company.

Super high shipping, Beware when ordering, DHL the only option, this might be a company out of the USA, ended up paying double the cost of the pods. should have bought local. Now i'm concerned i might not even receive the product.

I placed an order with this company and paid for 2-4 business day shipping. I received a tracking number within that time frame that indicated information about my order had been received. However, I got to business day 8 and the shipping carrier had not indicated they received my physical order from VapeZone. I contacted VapeZone’s customer service requesting assistance and I advised I would dispute the charge if the issue was not addressed and my order wasn’t sent. I received an unprofessional, snarky email that did not address my inquiry about the shipping issue. I eventually got an explanation for the shipping delay after contacting them for a third time and my order shipped on the 10th business day. I did not receive an apology for the horrible customer service experience I received. The product pricing was great. However I paid over $20 for 2-4 business day shipping that I did not receive. It’s unfortunate that I would not recommend this company unless you enjoy terrible customer service and shotty explanations for rude emails.
