DID NOT RECEIVE
I did not even receive my vapes they were marked as delivered with an image of the parcel outside somewhere 4 days after the expected delivery date . I messaged customer support and they said they’d look into it but no response since it’s been weeks & I spent nearly 100 quid

Really great service
After I ordered, nothing seemed to happen in the track parcel. After 4 days I wrote and asked, and they sent me a new shipment at once. It arrived safely.
