I'm bad for heavily relying on reviews before purchasing something, but never actually doing reviews myself, so, after buying from vape store direct quite a few times now, and being exceptionally I think they definitely deserve my happy review.
The site itself is very user friendly with a huge range of stock, orders arrive very quickly, sometimes the very next day, which for the highlands and islands is nearly impossible, I have always received my full order with no items missing, on 2 occasions they have ran out of something I've ordered, however within an hour of me placing the order, I have received a phone call asking about alternatives or substitutes (rather than just automatically given me a substitute or refund).
Overall I am extremely happy with this company and have already recommended it to a couple of friends, and will continue to do so to everyone.
