I ordered six items only four of them…

I ordered six items only four of them came. They tell me that I have credit for the two that didn't come which comes to 17.98 but now I'm order to get my items I have to pay 17.99 in shipping that's crazy. They should tell you they don't have an item in stock before hand and not for nothing I don't want credit I just want my items in a different flavor it's your mess up not mine why should I have to pay double now just to get what should have been sent to me already. Or at least give me my money back I don't want your credit that I still have to pay same price again just for you to send them. Shipping was taken care of with the original order. Nobody even gets back to me I have yet to receive an email or anything I can't get anyone to talk to me it's ridiculous. You need to put peoples payments back on their payment method. Because you scam people with that store credit crap.

So an item was out of stock they didn’t…

So an item was out of stock they didn’t contact me enough They just acted like nothing happened and shipped my order. Well, I hope they stripped my order. It’s not supposed to come for another week and I ordered it last Thursday. So that means two weeks to get your order But shipping cost $15 But after I spoke to them about one of my items not being on my final invoice, they tell me that they’re gonna credit my account. What do you mean you’re going to credit my account? How do you even know if I’m gonna order from you again give me a refund to my card Like you’re supposed to I didn’t ask for store credit nor did I ask for you to not give me an item. You could at least substituted it with something and what happens if I didn’t contact you about it. I would’ve never got anything back for you charging me for something that you didn’t supply now I’m worried if my order is even gonna come

I ordered a 100 disposable P0ki Pro

I ordered a 100 disposable P0ki Pro, Then 2 days later I get an email saying my order had been shipped. I thought great, that's fast service.
But 2 days following, I get another email saying they are sorry they no longer have my product in stock.
Then they want to give me another product instead, but when I looked up the reviews of the other products available, they had horrible reviews.
Clearly some bait and switch scam they were trying to pull.
How can they send me an email saying they shipped my product and then turn around and say they are out of stock. Something is very fishy here.

I completely understand your frustration with the situation, and I sincerely apologize for the confusion. Since we are a wholesale supplier, we sometimes have customers come in and purchase large quantities of a specific model, clearing out stock at our warehouses before our system has a chance to update inventory in real time.

Restocking these products takes time, as we need to source parts, assemble them, ship them, and clear them through customs before they’re available again. I can see that we refunded your order as requested, so everything should now be fully handled.

Legit but look at reviews

VPW is legit but product quality varies depending on the product. For instance, I bought a 100 pack of their 2 gram wider cartridges and they had about a 40% leak/defect rate which is unacceptable. With that being said, many of their products such as the 1 ml screw on carts and their batteries are very good quality and I would recommend buying products which are rated highly from this site.
