Marketing to under-age people

I have repeatedly contacted this company to complain that they are sending marketing emails to my 16 year old grandson. Despite their assurances these would stop they continue to be sent.

Usually 5 stars but this time I ordered…

Usually 5 stars but this time I ordered several flavours that showed in stock then showed has dispatched, but then I received a phone call from them saying the flavours were out of stock I picked one replacement flavour and the lady assumed I wanted them all in that flavour and the call was ended before I could say otherwise, The next day my order arrived with my original flavours I choose.
It was a bit concerning why I had that phone call seeing the flavours was shown in stock and that I also received what I ordered, very strange has to why I received that phone call!

Missing products - poor service

I emailed, text & Whatsapp to advise that I was missing 2 vapes from my order (2 for 1 promotion) and was advised that my order did not come from you. I can assure you that it 100% did. Pictures of Order Ref, Delivery and confirmation emails were sent.
