We can only apologise for missing your email, we've looked through the emails and still cant see it, so really not sure what has gone on there, but please rest assure we endeavour to respond to any customer enquiries as soon as they are received. We will look into the tracking issue, as it should of given you live updates, in regards to the postage service all items are dispatched same day on orders before 3pm and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service, which in most instances is next day but Royal Mail stipulate 1 to 2 days. We value your custom and if in the future you have any further issues then please feel free to call us on 01733 302138.

I purchased the Vype ePod, which is perfect for me as it is small and discreet. My plan is to stop smoking and to move onto vaping completely. Following several unsuccessful attempts in the past, it now seems to be working with the ePod. I am very happy with this product.
The service from Vape mist is excellent, prompt order acknowledgment via email, fast delivery and securely packaged. Would recommend both the product and seller.
