stay clear of this company i have emailed them numerous time about when is my order going to come but to reply im gutted as im only a pensioner trying to save money guttered

Don't order from here - they're taking your money and not sending out orders. Was told shipping had been delayed in China and nothing since. Now not answering phones or emails

Order not delivered and now getting emails from vape villa, looks like they have gone bust and opening as something else.
Stay away scam outfit!

Order did not arrive.
Emailed 3 Times with no reply.
Once upon a time great company but untrustworthy and dishonest now.
Will never use again

Ordered 4th October after emailing.them asking about delivery and they responded, still no package, tracking number not recognised by royal mail...looks like it's closed down but still taking orders to rip people.off

I placed an order with this company on the 5th October delivery was supposed to be 2/3 working days I waited for delivery but nothing received so I emailed them and received no response so I emailed them again and still haven’t received any response so I emailed them for the third time and they have still not responded so I have given up on this awful firm and would recommend anyone else to be very wary of a firm like this

Never had any problems for the last 3 years. Suddenly my order didn't arrive. Allegedly +1000 parcels were held by Royal Mail and have just been released.
Still no arrival. Tracking doesn't exist and no response from Vape Korner.
Looks like a typical situation where a company has gone bust but still takes orders, rinsing the customers.
Do not bother with this company

Have waited longer and longer for deliveries and now no delivery, been 16 days now. Please dont order as me and my next door neighbour have received nothing, despite e mailing them several times and getting no reply

Did Buy all my vapes from here. Quick service good customer service. Until my last order, they took my money quick yet didn't deliver my vapes. I have mailed them a few times with no reply from them. I've taken it as lesson learnt from a company that rip people off.

Finally after 5 attempts got email saying Royal Mail had intercepted 1000 parcels...
Benefit of doubt...
A week goes by no reply...
Did my research...
Area raided over one million vapes seized at premises in that area .
The next thing they're website says theyre away til November..
What... Is that Prison or Hiding 🤣...
NO REFUNDS FOR 1000s..
But hey they have a nice house according to the registered owner details on Companies House.
Never buy from a vape shop in Greater Manchester area..All looks Sus....
Just go to shops, online is sespit of snakes and crooks..
Hope they do time and there's a confiscation order on they're wealth generated from they're dodgy companies...

Stay well clear - ordered but never delivered. Somethings wrong here as email told me royal mail had not released over 1000 packages, but they have now sorted it. No they haven't and looking on their website they have a message that they're on holiday and won't be back until 1st November. Avoid at all costs people - either a scam or a cowboy outfit.

Item ordered 5th Oct, not shipped until 9th, as of today 18th October, item still not received. Tracking number not recognised on Royal Mail tracking page. Tried calling but rec'd "unavailable, please call again". I am £33 out of pocket and almost out of vape liquid.

I ordered some vapes and they said 2-3 days i still haven't received them its been nearly 2weeks

2weeks since I placed my order. Paid for 1-2 working days delivery and still have not received my items. Had to go elsewhere to purchase items because non arrival

I never received my vapes and never got a refund. Sent several emails, messengered and rang. Very poor service.

Ordered on the 5th Oct. Order still hasn't arrived.
Customer service has been abysmal. They've told me 3 times it's been despatched and they won't provide me with a tracking reference or give me a refund.
Just keep saying the same thing, it'll be here in 1-2 days.
