A very disappointing experience..
A very disappointing experience... my 6 week old GEEKVAPE failed for the 2nd time and the guy at Vape Hound suggested I'd dropped it in water... which I definitely hadn't. I think I'll just go back to JUUL, never had an issue with them!

We did explain that the symptoms you described with the kit is an issue that arises when liquid has found it's way into the device and onto the automatic inhalation sensor. When this happens, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to recover the device and liquid damage is not covered under warranty, and we had already replaced your device once free of charge. All refillable pod kits require correct use and care and any of them can leak if the pod has deteriorated, is not sealed correctly, if the e-liquid is the wrong density and for further reasons. We always encourage our customers to maintain their kits and to keep them dry to avoid this issue.

Popped into the shop a week ago to pick up a new proper vape. The lady that served me was super helpful and even went the extra mile to help set it up and make sure I had all the right stuff to go with it. Would definitely recommend!
