OK unless you have a problem
Been ordering from here for a while, but when there is a problem they are slow or no response. Shame really as I thought this was one of the better companies to deal with. Purchased 5 of the new enjoy ultra 9000 vapes, 3 out of 5 have leaked so far. when there is a 3rd left of liquid, it's gurgels. Had one response from them and the nothing. The company is fast delivery, but when you have a problem they stone wall you. My advice is shop elsewhere for a better customer experience.

We’re sorry to hear that some of the Enjoy Ultra 9000 vapes have leaked. Once we have your order number, we can review the issue properly and advise on the next steps.
Fast delivery is important to us, but customer support is just as important, and we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Have been getting these vapes for a long time, they’re good value for money, delivery is prompt and they last for a long time. I just wish they added new flavours, as getting the same flavours can be boring. But other than that they’re fab and will continue to use
