Dispatched very quickly and received tracking info too. Had an issue with an item and customer support sorted it very promptly and issued a generous partial refund. Have had bad experiences with other vape companies over the years so was this was a welcome change. Many thanks.

They claim to have a new customer offer and yet just because products are already in a sale, they won't give you the new customer discount that they are still advertising on their site despite the sale. A new customer surely is a new customer? So, being a first-time customer has no benefit. MISLEADING.

We offer a discount for first time customers that sign up to our mailing list, but this isn't valid on sale items, as these are already reduced to the lowest competitive price.
