Always a very easy experience buying products with fast delivery and a great range of items to buy. An item was out of stock and they contacted me straight away to discuss option. I also had to contact customer service recently to update my details and this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. A fabulous company!

I've ordered from this company more…
I've ordered from this company more than 10 times. Every shipment has come extremely fast, with great communication for tracking details. I had a problem with one of my vape pods, in that in tasted funny and not like it normally does. I emailed vape club customer service, and received not only a same-day response to my email, they have also sent a replacement pack of pods to replace the faulty ones, all within 5 hours.
Eric was the customer service rep, and he was beyond fantastic to deal with. Thank you.

Always 10/10 service! Royal Mail have lost my order but VC didn’t hesitate to post out a replacement using an alternative courier. Cannot recommend them enough!

They have a great (free!) automatic loyalty point system which imo in 2026, is very generous. The few times I’ve had issues their customer service agents (Colin being a shining example!) go above and beyond to rectify the issue and its usually fixed on the same day you bring it up.
