Someone withdrawal my money from my vantage account. I haven't receive any verification code on my whatsapp and someone withdrawal my all money on ewallet using Ethereum. I used binancepay for withdrawal and everytime i make withdrawal i receive verification on whatsapp and google authentication but at this time i didn't receive any verification on whatsapp or an email. After that i contact to representative of vantage they said we will look into this matter after sometime she said we will give you half compensation but after sometime they denied even hlaf compensation.
My concern is if this happens from my end why i haven't receive any verification code from vantage.
As you said contact you through email or live chat it's like waiting for your lifetime.

Dear Vantage Management Team,
I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the handling of my trading account and funds.
On January 14, 2025, I made my first deposit of USD 100 while I was just starting to learn forex trading. I lost that amount and stopped trading, focusing only on learning.
Later, on April 16, 2026, I deposited USD 500 again and unfortunately hit stop loss. After that, I made another deposit of USD 500. However, immediately after this, my account was restricted — I was unable to trade or withdraw my funds.
Since then, I have been continuously following up with your support team, but I have received no proper response. It has now been more than 48 hours, and my account remains blocked without any clear explanation or resolution.
I find this situation extremely unfair and unacceptable. I am a new trader, and I have not engaged in any suspicious or prohibited activities. Despite this, my account has been restricted, and my funds are being held without justification.
At this point, I am no longer interested in continuing with your platform. I am requesting the immediate return of my remaining USD 500. Please process my withdrawal without further delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through public reviews and formal complaints to relevant authorities.
I request that a member of your management team contact me directly to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I expect urgent action on this matter.

Poor customer service, they dont reply to your emails or reply but dont address ur concerns or issues. Depositing and withdrawing money is difficult and takes days. The website is terrible to use. Try to avoid.

I have currently been having issues with withdrawing money. I mailed the support team 6 times (support@vantagemarkets) in the last few months and havent heard anything back. Yet i see on this website they answer immediately.
There is a credit card listed as a withdrawal/payment method that I do not recognize and did not add. This is very concerning and may indicate a potential security issue with my account.
I have been trying to resolve a withdrawal problem, but I am unable to proceed due to this incorrect payment method, and I cannot remove or change it myself.
I requested that to do the following conerns:
Investigate how this unauthorized credit card was added to my account
Remove the unfamiliar payment method from my account
Confirm that my account is secure and has not been compromised
Enable withdrawal to my verified bank account or correct payment method
