Vans Today Worcester Reviews 3

I’m not very trusting when it comes to car / van sales so I did a little homework when I was looking for a new van , I came across vans today on YouTube and the reviews and the videos were excellent, I bought a well priced ex sky tv van from vans today , i flew up from Scotland and drove back , the van was better than described, it was like a brand new van even though it had done 50,000 , I think I had a wee moan because it took 2 weeks to prepare the van but now I see why, they also removed all the internal shelving which was of no use to me , anyway within 2 weeks of ownership the driveshaft went , then the following week the top mount and spring went!!! Both totally unforeseen but I needn’t have worried as within 24 hrs of calling the guys at Vanstoday even though we’re 300 miles apart both my issues were fixed by local mechanics which Simon and Travis covered the cost under warranty , the van drives like a dream now and I’ll definitely be going back to Vans today when I need another van, takes a lot of the stress away when you have complete trust in the dealer . Would highly recommend vans today , nothing is to much trouble .

I had been looking for a good van for while, traveled to see a few, mostly galactic miles and beaten up! however I found a local company with just what I was looking for a decent van with low miles and in a cared for condition and choice.
I would like to say thanks to Simon & Travis for their help! great people to deal with without the usual sales pitch! they took care of everything, service new MOT can belt etc even had my personal reg on the van when I picked it up! thanks guys you went the extra mile thats 5 stars from me*****
