We had a fab day at Vanity Studios. I didn't know what to expect but everyone was lovely. My 6 year old daughter loved having the glam treatment and even my 11 year old son enjoyed the experience. The photographer gave great direction and managed to catch some beautiful images. There was no hard sell to purchase and the lady was lovely and patient and helped us decide as there were so many great ones to choose from. Finally some family photos where no one is blinking!

Everyone was lovely - from hair, make-up, nails to the warm welcome and the good humour and relaxed style of the photographer. Such a fun and glam day. Thank you! Highly recommended.

How to descibe our day at vanity studios… just the best. The day was incredible, the warmth and kindness of the team were one thing, the skills of the makeover team matched and surpassed.

We had a great experience and weee well looked after. Danny, our photographer, was brilliant and gave use excellent direction. The makeup artists did a fantastic job. The only downer to the day was the cost at the end.

First time having my hair and make up done for a shoot and loved it. Really listened to what I wanted and I loved the results. Photographer had lots of ideas for shots that would suit me and also allowed me freedom to do ones I had in mind. Loved all the images and so hard to narrow down but love the portfolio I chose. Would highly recommend.

A birthday package from my husband for myself and mum. We had a ball!! Prosecco on arrival from Kyle. Make up by Nancy and Anna. Mum had her hair styled meticulously by Luca, who made mum feel extra special.

Danny the photographer was great and he took so many wonderful shots and we felt cute posing!! Our motherv/daughter photos are memorable. Angie helped us to meticulously pick from a vast range of glamorous photos. Overall, we had a positive 5 star treatment. Highly recommended.

Fabulous welcome, Lauren and Helen did a great job on nails, hair & makeup. Relally chatty and fun.

I went with my daughter for my first day of retirement and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. You take along your own outfits and the team style your make up and hair under your guidance. I certainly looked very glamorous and happy with my look.
Our photographer welcomed us and it was a relaxed environment. She certainly put us at ease.
Angie took us through our photos and packages and I was delighted with the results

My children and I had a great time at Vanity studios. All the staff were welcoming and kind, they looked after us well. We were made to feel comfortable and enjoyed having our hair and makeup done.
The photo shoot was really relaxed and we thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.

Went with my daughter for photos. I was a bit nervous but needn’t have been. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and made us feel totally at ease. The photographer was great too and again made us feel totally relaxed. The viewing of the photos was so much easier than I expected especially given how many lovely photos we had to choose from. My daughter wanted dance photos and she’s so pleased with the results!

Every single person was warm and friendly to my daughter and made her feel so welcome. The make-up and hair was absolutely fantastic and the photographer Bernardo was wonderful - he made the shoot relaxed and fun and we got some really great, professional shots for her portfolio. They helped us a lot with the final choices and didn't once put us under any pressure to buy things out of our budget.

What a fun experience with a lovely team from hair and make-up to photography and choosing our images - we loved it!! Thank you all so much!

I visited Vanity studios with my friend and our 8 year old daughters for their birthday.

Start to finish was amazing . Make up hair and nails with friendly stylist who made everyone feel comfortable . Our photographer was amazing and so patient with the kids and gave some lovely tips .

We spent a bit longer then expected waiting to go to the shoot but were provided with snacks and beverages and was in comfortable settings .

We’e were in a rush but the lady who did the review was efficient and lovely and helped get us out as quick as we could ! Would love a few more package options variety and maybe an advance idea of the package prices to align expectations of what the kids could have !

Very professional but also friendly and fun people working in Vanity Studios . The photos were amazing and we got lots of direction , guidance and advice!

My photoshoot experience at Vanity Studios was genuinely positive, the photographer and the day itself were great. I was happy with the atmosphere and the creative direction.

However, my experience with the production process afterward has been disappointing.

After receiving my photobook, I noticed inconsistencies between the edited and non-edited images. I raised the concern politely, expecting an open conversation about potential rectification. Instead, the responses I received from the production team were dismissive, defensive, and did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected based on the price of the package.

I was repeatedly told that “the product was completed exactly as per my selections,” even though the retouching guidance I received suggested that the final images would meet a certain standard. The tone and handling of my enquiry made the situation unnecessarily frustrating, especially considering I reached out calmly and constructively.

This review isn’t about the shoot itself, that part was great.
It’s about the way post-production concerns were handled, which fell far short of the customer care I expected. The quality of service during the shoot and the quality of communication afterward felt like two entirely different companies.

I’m sharing this so future clients know what to expect from both stages of the process.

To be honest, I was quite nervous as I made my train journey to the studios to complete my ‘ makeover & photoshoot’ but I needn’t have as I was greeted very warmly but all the staff and I settled on their comfy sofa with a delicious glass of Prosecco served in a beautiful glass, I might add!
I loved having my nails, makeup and hair done, something I don’t do very often, if at all.
Once in front of the camera I found I relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed my session, resulting in many beautiful photos, even I wasn’t expecting!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The hair and makeup team delivered exceptional results, and the photographer guided us through the entire process with professionalism and ease, he made it so much fun. What began as a nervous experience quickly turned into an enjoyable and memorable day. What a day of memories made. From the moment we arrived to a welcome fizz to the moment we left. We booked a three generation pamper day with little expectation! But wow we were treated to a fabulous makeover, hair, make-up and nails. In the very busy pamper area with the great team of artists, what a giggle we all had, they ensured we looked great but also that we were enjoying our time there….with maybe a little more fizz!!!
Then on to the photoshoot, where our photographer continued with the same happy laughter vibe. With our four different themed outfits he gave us so much time to make sure we got the perfect shot, from pose like this, blink here and smile.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends. A big thank you to the whole team working that day for making it so special.
