The facility (located within the underground car park) is impeccably clean and tidy, secure and well lit. The technology used for the whole process from booking, registration, PIN setting and usage, and payment all worked flawlessly. Onsite staff (Ryan) was an outstanding ambassador for the business: clear, efficient, friendly, professional and most importantly for me, made sure everything worked for me and all steps in the process were completed without delay or issue.

For me it’s the fact that there is always staff available to help us and they’re also very friendly. The previous storage space that I was at was always empty and I could never get help from anyone on site so it made things much slower for me unfortunately

We have been customers for over ten years, the staff members are so nice, welcoming and polite, helpful and prompt to resolve issues. There are lockers for every necessity, large, medium, small.
