Avoid at all costs
Package was seized by customs as Vanguard did not include the correct customs declarations.
When I contacted them to arrange a refund I was told their "responsibility ends when they hand the package over the postal counter".
Vanguard refused to process a full refund, or do absolutely anything to fix their mistake. Didn't even get so much as an apology.
Not only is refusing to provide a full refund incredibly poor form, it's also illegal per the UK consumer rights act 2015.
Had to contact my bank and request a chargeback to get my money back.
Scummy company who actively try to break the law to rip off potential customers, steer clear at all costs.
