I have been using Vanguard more than 10 years now. I cannot rate highly enough of the platform and the low cost funds available.

Their customer service is exceptional. You will always be served by top notch professional staffs. I was particularly impressed with vanguard agent named Mitul for his knowledge, efficiency and commitment.

I spoke with Heena who was very helpful and double checked the information she gave me so made sure she was not telling me any misleading details. She followed up with a very thorough email outlining our conversation which was helpful. I would recommend Vanguard on the strength of my experience so far.

My wife and I rang in order to try and understand further how to choose where to invest our funds across the Vanguard portfolio. We were quite clear that we could not receive any financial advice but we just wanted to understand more about how it all worked. For example, the different risks from 1-7 and how to practically move the money around online. This became a very complex and lengthy conversation. Elliot navigated us through the things we should be thinking about and how to effect our choices. He was extremely patient and not patronising in any way. This was important as we have very little financial knowledge as to how the markets work and not much technical confidence. Elliot was absolutely outstanding and we now feel empowered to make our choices in terms of our investment portfolio for our retirement. Thank you Elliot - you are a superstar!

He explained everything very clearly and comprehensively, was extremely patient with all of my questions, and took the time to guide me through the Vanguard website and the relevant forms so I understood exactly what I needed to do.

I had a query regarding the transactions in my SIPP, which I raised with Vanguard via a secure message.
Heena not only answered my query but because it was quite complicated she rang me to explain.
She had taken the time to fully understand my query, explained it clearly, answered a few other questions that came up and then also sent me a written response.
She was an example of the absolute best practice in customer service. She was knowledgeable and had excellent comms skills.

My experience with the Vanguard web site and contact made by phone have been very positive. My phone call with Giorgio was wonderful, he was very well spoken and took a lot of time to walk me through the process of filling in forms, etc. and to explain various bits and pieces.

I had to spend a bit of time trying to work out why a payment I was trying to make into my pension wouldn't go through and Vanguard helpdesk nor the sending bank could tell me why - The helpdesk call automatically got routed through Vanguards complaints procedure because it was unresolved, and a couple of days later I automagically got an email explaining why the payment failed along with some unasked for compensation.

Ahmed asked me to write a review if I could, so here I am - I have a S&S ISA & a private Pension invested with this company. Whenever I've phoned to ask for assistance, I've come across very helpful people like Ahmed - it was a pleasure speaking to him today. I'm glad I moved my private pension to this company - it previously was with Profile Pensions & I could never speak to anyone unless I insisted for days over the phone & over e-mail, which was painful.
