Florin and team provided excellent service - they were very punctual, meticulous and careful with the items that needed to be moved. Each item (dining table, cupboards, shelves) was treated with care - especially the piano which was delicate/prone to scratches and item was moved with zero damages/scratches. On top of that, we could tell they were very experienced in assembling and disassembling complex bespoke furniture (given there is no need for any manuals). I would highly recommend this service.

Over the last 10 years, I have used Florin and his team several times and each time he delivered excellent service. The team is always super quick and efficient, everything was seamless. Very reasonable fee too. I will always use Florin for any future move,.I found him very responsive and professional. I can highly recommend Florin.

Florin was super helpful all through the process despite several date changes as our move was delayed. It was very well priced, the movers were on time and provided all the equipment to keep our belongings in food quality. And very speedy too, all done in a couple of hours. Highly recommend, higher rated than other movers for a reason

Unfriendly and damaged furniture, tried to up the price as soon as they arrived. Pretty sure they try to intimidate women as demeanor changed as soon as my Dad turned up.

Uninsured and unprofessional- Avoid!!! This is a very long review but I really don't want anyone to experience this on their moving day!!
Florin arrived with a colleague at my address on time. He immediately told me that he would not be responsible for damage to the TV as it was not in a box (?). Following a walk around of the property (2 bed house, as booked) he informed me it would be £40 per set of stairs which would be £80 but he may charge me more because I had a fair amount of furniture upstairs. I queried this briefly and politely (there was only two of us in the property so one bed and mattress, and office desk- less than most 2 bedrooms) but he became irritated saying that he was a hard-working man and wouldn’t work for free. I agreed to the extra payment as I don’t like confrontation, was at a loss already having paid upfront and obviously needed to move. He then told me he would have to charge more for time more than likely, despite me booking double the suggested time. In the end he, finished an hour early as my husband and I had to do most the work.
Florin continue to complain about the stairs and kept irritatedly telling me my furniture did come apart despite it being made to order solid items. There were various items he told me to put in my car ‘if you don’t want them broken’.
My husband (based at the new house) and I moved the majority of items up and down the stairs as Florin was complaining and kept needing to rest (or possibly bide time for further extra charges??) after moving an item.
When my husband took a work call in another room, Florin stood over me in the doorway and told me to make the extra payment. Once I had made the payment he said no wait there (standing in the way of the door way inside my house) I’m checking. This is very intimidating behavior.
During the move, my dressing table was dropped in the Van. Florin was agitated by this and starting saying ‘see this is what happens!’ as the drawer slid open. Upon reaching the new house, the mirror had been detached from the base and I was handed the screws, which I popped in the drawer to carry on with the unloading. The following day, when I began putting this together I realised the threads in the base had been pulled out and completely snapped and wood splinted around the fitting. There is no way to reattach this now. I also noticed footprints on my wardrobe where it had been stood on and scratches on it as well as deep scratches on our wooden sideboard.
I contacted Florin by phone and politely explained that I had found some damage and could I have his insurance details. He became instantly angry, calling me a liar and said that mirror was 200years old and already broken (purchased from Laredoute around two years ago). He continued to say, all your furniture was scratched- never call me again and hung up.
Upon leaving negative feedback, I received a call on Friday evening. It was Florin. He was insulting and abusive to me as he was unhappy with the negative feedback- he wished ill upon me and my family amongst other insults. He also said I just remove all the bad reviews anyway!! (Which is likely as it seems he renamed the company some years ago..) I told him that I would report him to the police if he called again. Florin then proceeded to send a text telling me ‘God will judge me’.
All the above is completely unacceptable. I have moved twice before and of course have never experienced anything like this- book someone else.. anyone else!

Very unprofessional company, owner did my move was very rude and lazy , l was very upset with the way he spoke to me and a few items of furniture was damaged.
Avoid this company

Robbing con artists. Bullied my sister into paying extra money on the day even though clear instructions were given before hand. Barely fit enough to walk up the stairs let alone move heavy items. Broke and damaged tons of furniture, on asking for insurance details she was told to never call again. Absolute joke of a company, won’t be the last they hear from us. Avoid.
