Happy to have rented a bike from Vanelo while in Brussels. They have a nice selection of bikes, and it was very easy to reserve and return, etc. Thierry and his team were kind and helpful. Recommended!

Great cargo bike, but limited rental hours
We rented an Urban Arrow cargo bike here and had a good overall experience. The bike was in good condition, the staff was friendly, and the pricing was comparable to other rental companies.
The only downside was the limited opening hours (10:00 AM–6:00 PM). There was no option to pick up earlier or return the bike later, so even though you pay for a full day, you don’t actually get a full day’s use. Extending the opening hours or offering a more flexible return option would make the service even better.
Overall, a reliable place to rent a cargo bike.
