REFUNDS ARE IMPOSSIBLE

After immediately cancelling my subscription, I experienced a frustrating two weeks of back-and-forth communication regarding my refund request. The company claimed non-compliance with their refund policies as grounds for denial. I am now initiating a fraudulent charge action through my bank, filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, and leaving this post here until the refund is processed.

No real free trial

No real free trial
It says you can upload a photo for a free trial but when I tried it stated the wait time would be about 5 minutes or I could upgrade to avoid the wait. I didn't want to pay unless I knew the program worked so I waited...and waited...and waited. After nearly 2 days and still waiting The "free trial" doesn't work.

No real free trial

It says you can upload a photo for a free trial but when I tried it stated the wait time would be about 5 minutes or I could upgrade to avoid the wait. I didn't want to pay unless I knew the program worked so I waited...and waited...and waited. After nearly 25 minutes the wait time had gone down by less than a minute. The "free trial" doesn't work.
