They stole my money. Support doesn’t replies you back for days. No escalation emails answer you ever back.

Unacceptable, 10days and 8k EUR still missing!

Unacceptable: 10days and my 8k EUR transaction is still missing. Vance customer support is sluggish and unresponsive with multiple messages and emails gone answered. Can somebody help or suggest a way to escalate this?

Unreasonable delay and lack of customer support

Almost 5 reminder emails have been send to vance support with no response or call back.
Still awaiting a refund of the transfer.
If this approach continues, I am forced to seek legal assistance to resolve the issue....Any one with similar issues please connect

I did a manual fund transfer from my uae bank account to my vance account. The amount not credited to vsnce since 5 days.The bank confirmed that the funds credited to beneficiary account. Follow-ups are on.Unreasonable delay and very difficult to get a response from support.
No direct call options to customer care, WhatsApp bot response are poor with no tangible solutions. Email send and awaiting response.

I send all the transaction details from my email. Can't share email here as per policy

Very bas no any update reply nothing

I MADE THE PAYMENT ON 31ST JANUARY TO INDIAN ACCOUNT FROM UAE AROUND 3200 AED AND NOW ITS SHOWING PROCESSING IN THE APP.

Hi everyone, I transferred money through Vance six days ago, transaction id is AEPV4DDRO4, but I still haven’t received it in my Indian account. Contacted their customer support and they gave fake assurance that money will credit soon. Chatted with their chief grievance officer, but still no use. Help me to get my money back please @vance.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience using the Vance Money Transfer app for sending money from the UK to India. This service has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The transfer took an incredibly long time.

To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Not only did I face long wait times, but they never responded to my emails or inquiries. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch, and no one has bothered to reply. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any company.

I would NOT recommend using Vance Money Transfer. There are plenty of better, more reliable services out there. Poor app, slow transfers, and non-existent customer service.

I had transferred my amount to India yesterday(05/02/2025).But after 30 hrs my amount is not credited in the bank. I had received below message after the transaction.
