Ordered clothes worth €110. Clothes never came, i have no tracking, the site has been taken down and i can't contact them. It's a scam!

Big scam! I bought a trouser before three months and simply never came!!

I have bought an item from valveno and it just never came. It's a scam, never buy from them.

Bought €56 worth of goods in November 2019, now 7 months later my order has never arrived and they will not respond to my emails. Big scam.

I made a purchased in February 2020 as of today, I still haven’t received my order.
This has been paid for!

I contacted Valveno via email and Instagram, no response!
Unfortunately their is no phone number to contact them!
Really disappointed !

This site has become a SCAM!

Ordered some trousers in December. Never received them. Contacted all their social media accounts- no replies, emailed them - no reply. Do not buy from this website.

I have ordered with Valveno in the past, and didn't have any problems whatsoever.
In november I ordered some trousers, which I payed, and I never received any shipping confirmation or my trousers. I have tried contacting Valveno on multiple occasions and platforms (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram & e-mail) and I have never received any form of reply.

I placed my order more then 10 days ago I never received delivery email. I wanna wait to tell you that i'll not receive my pants cause is still soon, but y'all know 40€ in the bin.

I wrote to valvenocouture but still nothing, on Instagram they replied me with an already prepared message where they told me basicly I have to wait the terms of delivery.
But my order is still unfulfilled.

I already segnalate the page for scam & fraud on Instagram hope this site gonna close soon!!

Nobody answer me and I never receive my order. I was waiting for 1mounth and a half. Conneries. I've lost 50 $, yes, thanks

i placed an order September 2019 for a festival it’s now February 2020 & i’ve come to terms it’s never coming. Super hard to contact and ask where tf my order is. Even tried facebook they said they would look into it then never got back to me no matter how many times i messaged. Very disappointing

Ordered an item back in October 2019. It's now almost February and never received the item. They're a scam.

Order never arrived and the company is silent. Have they gone into administration???

Horrible service. I never received my order and never got refunded!

I never received my order. Contacted them, got evasive and contradicting answers and sometimes no answer at all. When I mentioned that I read bad reports by other costumers they immediately wanted to know where I found those.
Never received any information about the shipment, not the name of the company responsible, no tracking code, nothing.

Haven't placed an order as this company clearly isn't legit. Stay away its a scam!!!

Not only are their clothes quality, sexy, fashionable, have aesthetic appeal, and are picture perfect but the operators of their Instagram account are the sweetest!!! I heard about valveno about a half a year ago and since then I can’t help but keep buying! Valveno even followed me and comments(‘: Also, all of my things have came within reasonable time, in perfect shape, and just the way I thought they would look and feel.
Now treat yourself girl and buy you some valveno!!!!💓✨

Really love them, all their bodysuits are peng and, whilst they take a while to arrive, they’re worth it. Never had a bad item from them and order quite a bit x

I ordered a cheetah print, tie neck, vest crop top and oh my god it is GORGEOUS! The material is brilliant quality and the delivery was really quick which was awesome. The products are definitely worth every penny! Would recommend to girls who love fashion.
