This joke company have a 14 day return…

This joke company have a 14 day return policy, which even if you are within this time frame, will take 25% "restocking fee". I bought a radiator which was the wrong colour, with £20 return fee and 25% restocking fee would have meant i lost over £80. Utterly ridiculous.

Our Terms and Conditions in relation to returns are clearly stated on our website and are in-line with online selling practices. Within the 14 days your change of mind return request would have been dealt with as per these standardised terms. Unfortunately, your return request was outside of this period which is where the issue lies. Despite being outside of time, we still made a gesture of goodwill to allow the return of the item with a re-stocking fee as you have stated. When a customer changes their mind on an order which has been delivered, we are not refunded by the couriers who we have paid to deliver the original order. We also have to make sure the goods, once returned are in perfect re-sellable condition so they can go back to stock.

Our first contact was with yourself yesterday after you had advised the item hadn't been delivered.

Having checked this with the courier, Parcelforce lost your original item over the Christmas period. Subsequently a replacement has been shipped out yesterday and is due for delivery today.

Your contact details were passed across to parcelforce and they should have text you regarding the delivery happening today between 12:15pm - 6:15pm.

Maybe Valve kings, certainly not radiator kings

I ordered a radiator and valves, which were in stock and were marked to be delivered the next day (if ordered before 2 pm, I ordered at 12:36 pm). I received tracking details and was pleased to see expected delivery on the next day. However, only the valves arrived, no sign of the radiator. No new tracking details were shared. I contacted customer support and received a message the next morning saying the radiator would arrive that day. Again, a full time waiting, but no delivery. Contacted customer support again and I was told it would be chased and someone would call me back. This again didn't happen, so I had to contact them yet again. Finally, the next day I received some new tracking details and my radiator arrived later that day. Much later delivery than advertised, and we had to rebook the plumber. Not great!

Apologies to hear the slight delay with your radiator. As the radiator you ordered had a central glass mirror it is shipped with a specialist courier who are in the main extremenly good with their delivery dates, handling of goods and email communication. On this occasion it would appear the valves from your order were delivered next day but the radiator missed the next day overnight transfer.
