I've been waiting since 9/10 to get my refund. They told me my products were on backorder, so I asked for my money back. Of course I haven't received it, despite numerous attempts. In the end, I thought it would be nice to tell the president of the company how I felt. It was very difficult to track down the owner of the company, but I did! His name is David McCabe (727) 547-1378. He owns several businesses, and I'm sure you're not surprised that I found an article written about one of them selling supposed health food that was rotten. Speed of service was good. Items came faster than I expected. Thats always a good thing, better than later. Generally I found their prices to be lower than the competition (online and offline). I've been sticking to this site for a while and see no need to change.
