Never again! Unserious and not able to solve. Did not get any confirmation of my return and they booked it as a change because I needed one size taller. So I was in default of payment when I didn‘t even had the shoes. The person was lying that they couldn‘t change anything at klarna, so they shouldn‘t even offer payments when they are inellectual incompetent. In the end I had to pay extra fee - thanks to that. They are also very hard to catch - only emails and sometimes didn‘t even get an answer.

The employees in Frankfurt were competent, kind, and helpful and spoke fluent English. The delivery to Croatia was smooth and efficient.
