Great communication throughout. Fast response to queries and very professional many thanks

Like a previous review I was extremely unsure about using Value Checkers as they were a third party and I had never made an insurance claim before . However I cannot rate them highly enough for the quick and easy manner in which my claim was dealt with . From 1st contact to having my replacement ipad delivered took only 7 days . Throughout this albeit short period they were in regular communication with how my claim was progressing and when a replacement would be ordered and delivered . Highly recommend .

When they had my laptop what process was and any questions I had they answered really quickly, then came to a correct decision

Excellent communication throughout many thanks

A little dubious as I had never made an insurance claim before and never heard of value checkers. Also unsure why I had to send my item off after showing evidence BUT as soon as value checkers took over the process they were amazing. Fast, efficient, helpful and kept me up to date through the whole process.
It was so easy and the team were amazing and what I liked best was that there were no long phone calls going through AI messages in circles. They really were amazing!!! Absolutely well deserved 5 star rating!!! Very grateful to them

Very happy with the service. The Customer support from start to finish was seamless. Attiah was professional and extremely helpful.

I had good communication. Actually speaking to a real person who on each occasion was both helpful and polite was unexpected and refreshing. Each conversation was light hearted as well as professional. The Comms included Email and Texts which was a pleasant surprise. The only reason I never gave 5 stars was that the business went to sleep for a couple of weeks and forgot to order my lens... That said, when I contacted them they got right on it. Overall I was impressed and the experience was positive throughout....

Value Checkers we literally amazing. I must also thank Dani for her assistance, she deserves a shout out for her first class customer service! My daughter had an accident with her laptop that she uses for education and it has been traumatic for her. To have our claim sorted and a replacement within the week is truly remarkable. Thank you so much :)

Attiah Somenthal was one of the advisors who handled my claim, and she was exceptionally easy to talk to. She understood all my queries, answered every question clearly, and supported me right through to the completion of my claim. I felt very well looked after, and I would highly recommend both the company and this advisor for their professionalism and excellent service.
