I would have had to go through a lot of trouble if it were not for Valuations. I am a single mother and going out and meeting real estate agents all the time was not an option for me. I had Valuations come over to get an instant property valuation. They were a huge help in selling my apartment. Their appraisal was accurate and they helped me out with the completion of my deal as well. The price I got was just right and I did not have to haggle too much either. They completed the deal within a week after and I am very happy with the response I got.
