While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more
Valoren prepares the paperwork a family needs when someone dies or loses capacity, and the handover that means they know where everything is before that day comes. A will says who gets what. It cannot tell your family where the accounts are, which forms to file, what the deadlines are, or who to ring first. Valoren prepares that side as well as the will itself: a handover kit for the household, the executor's brief, notification letters to banks, insurers and pension schemes, the right form sequence in the right order, and letters that stay sealed until they are needed. Our subscription, the Household Continuity Dossier, keeps the record current and includes both partners' wills. A trusted-person link opens the whole handover the moment it is needed, and not before. Every document is prepared by us, for your household, from what you have already told us. Nothing is a blank template you fill in yourself. Alongside the paid products, Valoren publishes more than 300 free pages: over 75 step-by-step walkthroughs of the actual probate, HMRC and Court of Protection forms (IHT400, IHT402, PA1P, BD8, LP1F and more), a library of plain-English guides, and free calculators for probate costs, inheritance tax, funeral costs and Lasting Power of Attorney fees. No account, no email wall, and it stays free. Some things you should know before you rely on us. We are a small, early-stage company. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. Every legal instrument we publish is reviewed by a practising solicitor in its own jurisdiction before it reaches the public. Our wills are for England and Wales only; the handover products carry Scotland and Northern Ireland versions where the law differs. Where a household's affairs are genuinely complex, we coordinate the work through named regulated professionals, working from what has already been prepared. For deaths on or after 6 April 2027, most unused pension funds will count towards the taxable estate for the first time. It is one of many reasons families are putting their records in order now. The reviews on this page are from real customers. We never pay for a review, write one, or choose who may leave one. Everything your family will need. Ready before they need it.

I am thankful to Valoren making me aware of handing over to my family a "what to do when I die". I have now organised Probate and will and in the process of putting together a time table of things to do starting within the first 5 days after my passing.
Would recommend this company.
