Purchased a flag

Purchased a flag, put up and within 7 months is was fading terribly, grommets were ripping out of it and it now looks like its a five year old flag. I contacted them and they basically told me to pound sand, that their was nothing they could do. I offered to return the flag or pictures so they could see how bad the quality was, they did not care. So I would like to warn anyone NOT to purchase any flags from them as they are very bad quality.

Hi Josephine,

We are truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your flag.

For transparency to anyone reading this, the flag in question was purchased in June 2025 and had been displayed outdoors continuously for approximately seven months before we were contacted. Outdoor flags are directly exposed to sun, wind, rain, humidity, and mounting tension, all of which significantly affect fading and grommet wear over time. In high-sun or high-wind environments, deterioration can occur more quickly.

Our policy covers manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Because this flag had been in extended outdoor use for several months, we were not able to classify the issue as a production defect. That said, we did offer a goodwill discount toward a replacement as a courtesy.

We never tell customers to “pound sand,” and we do care deeply about feedback. We responded multiple times, explained our policy clearly, and documented the concerns regarding fading and grommet durability with our production team for internal review.

We understand that not every resolution will feel satisfactory, but we remain committed to being consistent, transparent, and fair to all customers. If you would like to revisit this matter, our team remains open to reviewing it again.

Respectfully,
Valor76

The printed t-shirts off of this site…

The printed t-shirts off of this site are garbage. Some kind of unknown fabric that's shiny and very cheap looking. This is not an American company, the whole thing comes from China and takes almost a month to get it, only to be disappointed in the quality. What a rip off, Facebook needs to retract their advertising rights.

Hi Roadkill,

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase.

We take quality concerns seriously, and we would welcome the opportunity to review your specific order. Our apparel materials and production methods are clearly listed on each product page, and many of our items use performance-blend fabrics designed for durability and print clarity. We understand that fabric preference can vary, especially between traditional cotton and performance materials.

Regarding shipping, production and fulfillment times are also transparently stated at checkout. While some items may require extended production time depending on customization, we do not hide processing timelines.

For clarification about origin: Valor76 is a US veteran-focused brand. We operate under a made-to-order print on demand model. We partner with multiple production facilities, both in the US and internationally, depending on product type. For our T-shirts specifically, production is currently handled through US-based facilities.

Because this review does not include an order number, we are unable to look into the matter directly. If you would be willing to contact us at support@valor76.com with your order details and photos, we would be happy to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

We stand behind our products and are always open to constructive dialogue.

Respectfully,
Valor76

This company is not American

This company is not American, it's all Chinese junk. I recently purchased a hat from them, it's the worst looking hat I seen in my life. Looks nothing like the hat in the advertisement. Don't buy anything from this company.

They sent me the wrong shirt

They sent me the wrong shirt, now they want me to send them a picture of the shirt. I have sent the picture 3 time so far. I have been dealing with them since June 5th since they told me it was on the way.
I will never deal with them again!

Hi Kathy,

We sincerely apologize for the initial mistake. As soon as the issue was confirmed, we processed your replacement immediately. Please note that our items are made-to-order, so production and shipping require some time. According to the tracking information, the replacement was successfully delivered on June 17th. We've truly done our best to support you throughout the process, and we hope the final resolution met your expectations. If you feel satisfied with the outcome, we would greatly appreciate it if you’d consider updating or removing your review. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make things right.

Warm regards,

Chinese company masquerading as American

Ordered a large based on the sizing guide. I received it, it was way too small. I contacted customer service and roomy the pics they needed to demonstrate the sizing error. They told me to retake the pics and take the measurement to include part of armor/sleeve. Ridiculous, the shirt is 2 inches small around the chest! This is a Chinese company masked as an American company. Take your money somewhere else.

Hi Adam,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the sizing didn’t meet your expectations. As a made-to-order brand, we take sizing accuracy seriously and follow industry-standard methods to confirm garment measurements. When discrepancies are reported, we always ask for specific photos to verify whether an item falls outside our stated sizing tolerance (0.5–1 inch), as clearly mentioned on our website.

In this case, our team reviewed the photos you initially sent and kindly requested a standard remeasurement (from armpit seam to armpit seam) to ensure fairness and accuracy before issuing a replacement. However, we have not received any follow-up measurements from you since then.

Please rest assured that we are fully committed to resolving the issue and will gladly proceed with a replacement if the provided information confirms a production error. We truly regret if this process felt frustrating, but our goal is always to support our customers to the best of our ability.

While our products are proudly designed in the U.S., we work with global fulfillment partners to ensure high-quality production and reliable delivery. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving.

Warm regards,
Customer Support Team
