It's a scam. Although the jacket did eventually arrive a month after placing an order. The quality was atrocious - the sizing came up way too small, poor quality fabric, loose stitching and I've seen better zips on a pencil case! I emailed their 'customer service' to request a return and after a long wait I received an email saying that I would need to cover the cost of postage to Guatemala or they would do a 20% refund. I requested a 20% refund to which they replied a week later saying we were now outside of the 2 week returns period and nothing could be done! Regretting not checking out the reviews before purchasing from this scam website!

I put my bank details in once and they charged me twice for 2 different jackets? I raised this with them and they said ‘the jacket has already been sent you ordered 2’ it’s a scam guys, the website will be shut down soon.

Funny enough my jacket(s) did arrive 2 weeks later but they are SHOCKING material. I ordered an XL (I’m 6.2) and it’s basically ma’am kids jacket.

Scummy website please avoid

During the checkout process they tricked me by adding two additional jackets to the cart. I try to contact them repeatedly and I get absolutely no response.

SCAM!! Awful quality items from China

This company is droppshipping at its best. Ordered a couple of jackets and I did not realize after I placed my order that the items come from China.
The items took like 20 days to arrive, contacted them after they arrived since the size was wrong and the quality is literally the worst and they said they could give me 20% of refund instead and keep the items (I spent €95), because the shipping costs are responsibility of the sender, a.k.a who made the purchase, and these normally are too high since I need to send the items back to a warehouse in Guatemala from Germany. They gave me an incomplete address in Guatemala, tried to establish contact for several days to know the correct address with no avail.
I guess I got scammed and just need to suck it up. Hope this review help someone before ordering items from this store, specially in this gift season.

Terrible quality Chinese product - arrived 1 month and 1 week after ordering. This is clearly dropshipping, please do NOT buy.

I bought 7 days ago. They havent even shipped it yet. They keep replying the mails With the same bs. Like im texting a bot.

I dont know if i even get the stuff.

I even ask for a refund since they still have the jacket. They just Said they couldnt.

I suggest everybody just stay away from this trash
