I have had the pleasure of purchasing mushrooms from the Valley Mushrooms stall in various locations now, mainly across Faversham and Whitstable. Their products are always fresh, long-lasting and good value for money. I also enjoy the variety they feature, and that they switch up their stock.

I stumbled upon this stall at the farmers market in Kent. I’ve tried mushroom supplements before — in both tablet and powder form — but never really noticed a difference. The lovely gentleman at the stall was confident I’d feel the benefits this time, so I decided to give it a go.

I’ve been struggling with low energy, brain fog, tiredness, and low moods for 2 years. After just two days of taking the Lion’s Mane, I can honestly say I feel revitalised — full of energy and back to feeling like myself again. Highly recommend!

Found Valley mushrooms by chance at a farmers market in Kent.
I purchased three bottles of Turkey tail tincture, followed by an online order for three bottles of Lionsmane.

My review is for all the women out there - I’ve been struggling badly with perimenopause anxiety, night terrors, brain fog, forgetfulness… and most of all the other symptoms that comes with it. My anxiety was so bad I couldn’t drive on motorways and struggled really with everyday life. I kept on hearing that I should try Lions Mane. I came across Mushroom Valley at one of the markets they attend and they suggested Reishi as well. I’ve been on both for couple of months now and can really feel a change - best of all anxiety nearly gone, night terrors gone and I feel more clear headed and confident 🙏🏼Perimenopause is not widely spoken about and so many women suffer. So a huge thank you to Mushroom Valley! Speedy delivery and great service too!
Now I just need to find something for my hot flushes 🤪

I've been using Valley Mushrooms Cordyceps for some time now after switching from another brand, definitely a noticeable change in the strength of the Tincture compared to the other brand and a noticeable improvement in my stamina!

The Lions Mane Tincture has been an absolute game changer for me. My mind was a busy place and within a few weeks of using this product it’s generally in a much calmer place and my concentration levels have improved greatly. I met April and Louie at my local farmers market and they recommended their product and it’s been fantastic
My partner and daughter are now using their tinctures and again have seen remarkable differences in their mind health.
Their range of fresh mushrooms are just amazing, grown locally and just in a different league to anything from supermarkets.

I have been buying Valley Mushrooms at the Rochester Farmers market monthly since January and it’s my favourite weekend of every month! Lions Mane, Portobello, Enoki, King Oyster and Morel, every single one with its own unique flavour and absolutely delicious 🍄‍🟫🤤

I am diagnosed with ADHD as are my children. After finding the Lions mane tincture from Valley Mushrooms I noticed a monumental improvement in my focus. I then started giving my children a dose in their breakfast drink each day. Between them they have aced a maths test; scored top marks in a phonics test; improved three reading levels & won three school awards. I have taken the Lionsmane and Cordyceps tinctures daily for the past two months and all I can say is wow!

I've really noticed my energy has increased and no more morning brain fog, it helps me to focus during long working hours and during evening exercise classes, I've even started waking up before my morning alarm!

Always have the best fresh high quality mushrooms you can get and a huge range to choose from. What makes it better is that these guys are really knowledgeable about all the amazing benefits of the different mushrooms and can tell you the best ways to cook and eat them!
I also use their cordyceps tincture and have found that it really helps boost my energy, especially for workouts. Really recommend, top notch quality 👌
