Excellent Company!
Ordered a set of dice for my son's birthday, but didn't notice that there would be a delay on delivery, 'due to family commitments'.
After a week or more, I emailed to ask whether they would arrive on time.
They very kindly put them in the post express delivery, and also added a nice surprise gift, which was totally unexpected. My son Dan uses this company himself, and had sent me a link so I could get them as a gift for him.
Excellent company and fantastic customer service.

Best Dice!
Great website, detailed photos and descriptions, and a great variety of dice and accessories.
Brilliant quality dice with imaginative designs, sometimes makes it hard to choose, which is when the mystery bags are always a great option. (Never a disappointment from these mystery bags., actually got a set I had been considering !)
Delivery is always super quick and well packaged.

Great dice at great prices
Got some dice on sale and they're really pretty. Also got some cat dice that are cool as heck. They all came in a dice bag with their logo on it which is super handy for me. So thank you Valkyrie

Flimsy packaging that ruined experience
The calendar was flimsy and the glue on the sides didn’t hold together. Shortly after receiving it, the box broke and all the contents spilled out, so I wasn’t able to actually have the experience. The contents were nice, but I would rather have spent the money on choosing dice of my own if I wasn’t going to get to have the actual advent calendar experience. They did offer a full refund if I sent all the contents back but that didn’t seem worth the time and effort of packing them up and shipping it.

We have reviewed all customer feedback for this item.
We offered customers like yourself a partial refund to keep their items or a full refund if they returned them (we would cover the postage). We also gave all customers £10 in-store credit as a goodwill gesture who bought this item.
To address the issues highlighted, we will not use the same box supplier in 2026 and will plan for extra time to respond to similar issues, ensuring we can resolve problems effectively should they arise.
Our deepest apologies for the not-so-great experience. We hope to do much better next time for you.

My order was supposedly delayed and they gave me an extra blind bag and some stickers along with a really kind email to apologise. (The order still came quite fast anyways!!) I can already tell the company are amazing and really kind hearted so I will be ordering from them in future!!
