Overall very happy. I like that they test for contaminants. I would have given 5 stars but I had to call in for a refill twice and found out my doctor had sent in the renewal a few days earlier.

The Valisure Pharmacy Staff went above and beyond to get the Rx from my Physician.

As a physician myself I understand how difficult it can be to get this done quickly at a busy medical practice.

Throughout the process I felt a personal touch from Valisure that is often missing, even from my neighborhood pharmacy.

In addition, one of my medications hadn't been tested yet but they were able to order and test it quickly and I had my prescription in about a week.

With all the drug recalls recently I feel much safer knowing that my meds have been tested.

I am in remission from auto-immune hepatitis and must take an immunosuppressent fro the rest of my life. After reading the book "Bottle of Lies" by Katherine Eban, I learned the generic pharmaceutical firm in India (and many others) that manufactured my drug, had significant manufacturing safety lapses in the past. Knowing that Valisure batch tests every drug it dispenses and knowing that Valisure discoverd the carcinogenic contaminants in the 'sartan' drugs and they were the ones that discovered the contaminants in Zantac, made me feel at ease taking my drug. If you have not read the above book, you should.

From the small amount I understand about generic drugs really happy to know that there is a pharmacy batch testing. I do not take any vital drugs but feel better knowing the drugs I do take are independently tested.

Once the account is set up and your prescriptions are entered into the system it works like a charm. With all the uncertainty around the supply chain, this is a great solution.

You overcharged me 45 dollars more for my recent order and when I called to address the problem no one called me back and no credit was issued for the disparity between the two orders. Also, the number you posted to call to order refills is never answered. I called multiple times over a two day period and no one answered the phone. At the very least, if you are that busy there should be someone to answer the phone or at least have voicemail available so a message can be left so that a pharmacist or tech can return your customers calls.
