Placed order on 5th Nov, ten days later told no stock
Placed order on 5th Nov. Have today (14th) just received an automated-type email stating my order has been cancelled 'because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded'.
Huh? So they allowed my order to be placed when they did not actually have enough stock, then they take 10 days to inform me. To make matters worse this is only via a standard auto message, with no actual human communication from the company. My first and only interaction with Valentinavalentti has revealed poor service. Avoid.
