we purchased theater chairs from Valencia TWICE! We were so happy with our first set that we purchased a second set. The chairs are very high quality and look beautiful. They 're exactly what we needed for a second TV room. highly recommend!

Love our Valencia Tuscany heat and massage theater seats. Super comfortable, great quality, and the heat/massage is perfect for long movies. They look awesome and really upgraded our home theater. Totally worth it.

This is our second order from Valencia and everything was great. The process was easy from ordering the chairs online, receiving notices of when the products shipped and the delivery. The delivery team was excellent in how they handled our chairs. As for the chairs, absolutely fantastic! I even had a quick question about joining the chairs together (we ordered a loveseat with two separate chairs to make a row of 4) and called ROBYN DOWNIE in Customer Service and she quickly helped me out with my questions. I wish every company had the same philosophy as Valencia....the best products at the fairest prices with the greatest service in the industry. Need I say more?!

The order was processed quickly. There was a mix up with the delivery, as we are in a remote area, but Valentina was very quick to resolve the issue. The experience was overall very positive.

Very happy with my purchase. Not sure why I hesitated so long on ordering this magnificent chair. Great quality, fits me perfectly, and is comfortable for reading, gaming or just relaxing. Only problem is that it makes my couch look like a pile of trash.

The first thing that made dealing with this company great were the chairs themselves I had older theatre chairs, and after I ordered these new chairs, I gave the old ones to my neighbour. It took about a week to get the new ones. I was using patio chairs in the meantime after using patio chairs for over a week. You really appreciate these chairs when they come in. I called the company before I ordered the chairs It was too early in the morning, but about 20 minutes after I tried calling they called me which I was very impressed with, after the chairs arrived I just called the company again to make sure my iPhone holder was just on backorder and they confirmed it I’ve had excellent customer service dealing with this company. And I got the full five-year protection. I feel these chairs are worth it. after spending some time on the chair, I have to say I enjoy the level of support the chairs have compared to my older theatre chairs also I don’t regret buying the little tables that click into the chair. I find them very handy.

The quality of the furniture is great. Have had the XL home theater chair for over a year and it still is in great shape. No wear and tear, no mechanical issues, just a great chair. Sometimes shipping takes longer than would like but they are always keeping you updated about shipping. Will continue to purchase furniture through them.

We ordered this couch online without trying it in person, relying mainly on video reviews, and we’re very glad we did. The delivery team was outstanding—professional, kind, and went above and beyond by hauling our old couch up from the basement and taking it to the curb, which was no small task. They set up the new couch quickly and flawlessly.

The couch itself has been excellent. It seats three people very comfortably, and we can squeeze in an extra kid when needed. The two-seat option with the center armrest works perfectly, the built-in light is a nice touch, and the side tables that mount to the armrests are very handy. The LED lighting underneath and in the cupholders looks great, though it was a bit bright for our space—adding a small strip of tinted tape solved that easily. A built-in dimmer would be a great future addition.

Overall, we’re extremely satisfied. It’s already comfortable and continues to get better as it breaks in. We’ve been enjoying many movie nights on it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The Valencia Theatre Seats I purchased were made of a very high quality Nappa leather. I have been enjoying the seats for 8 months now and am so glad I made this purchase. The delivery and installation of the seats was first class.

We were looking for a real Chesterfield already for a long time. Some furniture stores offer this type of couch. However, we wanted to see and test the couch and was pleased to find Valencia in Burlington, ON. I visited their store and bought the couch immediately. The quality looked good and the "sit" was exactly what wanted. The ordering was easy and they asked only 10% downpayment. The delivery time was about 3 months. Delivery was arranged and they unpacked the couch in our room. The leather quality is outstanding: thick strong leather and a nice colour! We are very happy with our purchase!

I am so impressed with both the quality and look of the Kassidy 9 drawer wood dresser from Valencia Theatre Seating & Furniture. It looks gorgeous in the bedroom but is highly functional too. The crating of the dresser for shipment was impressive, it was so well packed. Also, the dresser was assembled so other than uncreating, it was ready to use. The wood and veneer is high quality, it's super substantive and the drawers are easy to open and close and operate smoothly. I love the dresser and would highly recommend if you're looking for one.
